Macerated white wine obtained from pure Istrian Malvasia grapes. The vineyard plots are rooted in a terroir that has been considered suitable for cultivation since Roman times; Ponka, a mix of clay, limestone and karst rocks, constitutes the terroir of the estate and of the Slovenian Collio. On the nose, the bouquet is an explosion of scents where notes of dried and candied fruit, peaches in syrup, ripe tropical fruit, sweet spices, dried citrus fruits and mineral notes stand out. On tasting, we find an intense, warm, full-bodied wine, with a rich structure and a pleasant savoury finish.
