The Lustro di Abbazia San Giorgio is a fragrant and mineral white wine made from pure Catarratto grapes. It shows a deep golden yellow color tending towards orange in the glass. On the nose, it releases citrus and floral notes including lemon peel, bitter orange, and orange blossom, but also hints of pineapple and passion fruit in the background with a slight herbal note. On the palate, it offers great sapidity and mineral sensations. Production of about 1,500 bottles of this small masterpiece.
