The Pommard Les Vignots comes from one of the highest plots in the village, located at an altitude of about 330 meters, on clay-limestone soils that produce wines of great energy and depth. Marthe Henry, a young winegrower from Meursault, represents one of the most promising voices of the new generation of Burgundy winemakers: precision, sensibility, and absolute respect for the terroir are at the heart of all her choices. A Pommard of extraordinary grace, combining the strength and structure typical of the cru with a contemporary and luminous freshness, perfectly in the style of Marthe Henry: feminine, pure, and unadorned.

Vendemmia manuale, uve biologiche. 100% grappolo intero. Fermentazione spontanea con lieviti indigeni, ~2 settimane con rimontaggi due volte al giorno, nessun additivo. Affinamento 18 mesi in barrique (nessun legno nuovo) + ~1 anno in bottiglia, zero solfiti durante l'affinamento. Senza chiarifica, senza filtrazione. Solfiti minimi solo prima dell'imbottigliamento. |
