Trousseau from a selection of the best bunches from the legendary Corvées plot in Arbois. The vines are planted on soils rich in blue marl. A small part of the whole bunch harvest, the majority destemmed. Maceration for 30 days (soft maceration, without punching down) followed by aging in 30 hl barrels for two winters. Fleshy red with fine and luminous tannins, it has smoky touches with notes of plums and black pepper. Long finish with the tannins composed beautiful spicy note on the finish.
