"Schlouk" in Alsatian means "sip," and this wine lives up to its name, inviting you to take one sip after another. An immediate and honest glouglou wine, made from 85% Gewurztraminer and 15% Riesling, spontaneously fermented and with no added sulfites.
The nose explodes with passion fruit, followed by floral notes of jasmine and the citrusy freshness of lemon leaf. On the palate, the body is round and enveloping, with a well-balanced acidity that gives it verve and drinkability.
