The Cince of the De Fermo company is a splendid interpretation of the Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo, or obtained from pure Montepulciano grapes from vineyards located between the Adriatic and the Gran Sasso, grown on espalier on calcareous and clayey soils. The manual harvest with selection of the bunches guarantees a production of high quality standards, which we can then appreciate in the glass in the form of a wine of excellent quality, which is fragrant and well-balanced.

Vinificazione

Bunches partly whole and partly destemmed. Maceration on the skins for 3-4 hours with soft pressing. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in 20-hectoliter barrels, without temperature control. Aging for 10 months in the same barrels until bottling.
Profumo

The nose is dominated by red fruits, with floral (carnation) and vegetal aromas.
Gusto

Medium-bodied, with a good balance of savoriness and freshness. Fine and silky.

Cured meats from Abruzzo, arrosticini, pasta with tomato sauce, fish stew, savory pies, first courses with vegetables, medium-aged cheeses.
