Larión Bianco Veneto IGT 2024 Daniele Piccinin
Lariòn is Daniele's white wine that succeeds Muni Bianco. The new name aims to give it a greater identity in order to tie it even more to the territory. The idea of the wine does not change, a blend of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Durella, the first macerated on the skins, the second pressed directly. Aging in steel for the first, in wood for the second and then assembly in spring. From a "basic" wine that opened the access to the range to a noble wine and increasingly with an identity today. Time passes and Daniele shows ever more sensitivity and finesse across the entire range.

Vinificazione |
The two grape varieties are vinified separately using opposing techniques. The Chardonnay is harvested and macerated on the skins in open vats for 24-48 hours, then pressed and left to age in steel on its fine lees until the following spring. The Durella, on the other hand, is pressed directly, without maceration, and aged in used oak barriques. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts for both. Blending in March, brief rest in bottle. |
Profumo |
The nose is dominated by ripe yellow fruit, with floral undertones and notes of dried fruit and spices. |
Gusto |
The combination of pronounced savoriness and remarkable freshness, well-balanced and integrated, makes it an extremely pleasant and persistent wine on the palate. |
Abbinamento |
Herb omelets, vegetable flans, grilled oily fish, cuttlefish risotto, clam pasta, semi-aged cheeses. |
