La Farfalla is the young Sangiovese, born from the highest part of the northern slope of the Bagnolo hill, on blue clays that enhance its freshness and tension.
It is the wine that best represents the simple joy of the daily table, to be shared informally, even with just a slice of bread and salami. Direct, convivial, and sincere, it is the most spontaneous and immediate expression of Sangiovese.
