Kaos 2022 is Etnella's most instinctive red, a wine born on Etna that interprets its freest, most dynamic, and vibrant side. Nerello Mascalese from 70-year-old vines from the northern area of Etna at an altitude of 750 meters. The winemaking is essential, without shortcuts or corrections, to make room for the character of Nerello and the voice of the place.
Kaos is a red that does not seek structure or power, but energy and drinkability. An honest wine, capable of telling the story of Etna directly, without filters, and naturally accompanying the table.
