The JIL from Milan Nestarec is a red that combines the fragrance of Pinot Noir with the spicy depth of Blaufränkisch. Born from organically cultivated vineyards in the hills of Moravia, it is vinified with light macerations and aged in neutral wood and concrete, preserving its freshness and authenticity. The nose reveals aromas of crisp cherry, wild strawberries, white pepper, and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is juicy, elegant, and vibrant, with very fine tannins, great drinkability, and a long, mineral finish.
