The name means “Heaven on Earth” and perfectly encapsulates the spirit of this label: a wine that combines lightness, energy, and sophisticated complexity. The predominant variety is Blaufränkisch, alongside other local red grape varieties. In the cellar, Tschida follows his “gentle touch” philosophy: very delicate and long pressing, spontaneous fermentations, no fining or filtering, and minimal sulfites. An artisanal rosé that finely interprets the character of Burgenland and Tschida’s unmistakable style.
