Delyus Romagna Albana DOCG 2024 Marta Valpiani
The Delyus by Marta Valpiani originates from the youngest Albana vines, planted starting in 2016 on the southern slope of Bagnolo. The soils alternate between golden molasses and sandstone in the higher part, at about 250 meters, then giving way to limestone, lending the wine tension and verticality.
It is a luminous, light, and savory white wine, imbued with a natural freshness that makes it dynamic and elegant to drink.
The name is a tribute to Marta's father, Delio, and the label depicts the Mandrake, a mystical plant that in the language of flowers symbolizes fury, delirium, but also rarity: a poetic reference to a wine that is distinctive, sincere, and deeply personal.
