Chianti Rufina DOCG 2023 Frascole
This iconic Tuscan wine is made from a blend of Sangiovese (90%), Canaiolo (5%), and Colorino (5%), sourced from vineyards located at an altitude of approximately 400 meters, on clay and marl soils. The vines vary in age, from the oldest planted in 1970 to the youngest from 1996 and 1998, contributing to a rich and layered expressive complexity.
In the glass, it reveals a wine of great elegance and juiciness, capable of combining savory and fruity sensations in perfect balance. The palate is deep yet dynamic, with a structure that unfolds over time, showing a remarkable evolutionary capacity. A refined and authentic red, ideal for accompanying grilled meat dishes, with which it finds a natural harmony.
