Chablis Clos Béru Monopole 2021 Château de Béru
The best selection of grapes from the Clos around the Chateau, owned by the Béru family for centuries. The soil here is predominantly calcareous with some more clayey areas, and some strips of marl origin. Respect for the cultivation soil to obtain quality grapes that enhance the taste and drinkability making this wine unique in its kind: minerality and iodine, engaging aromas of nutmeg and white flowers. Only used barriques are used for aging.
