CCC Toscana IGT 2021 Ser'Enzo
The CCC of Ser'Enzo was born in Lucignano d’Asso, in the municipality of Montalcino, between the Crete Senesi and the Val d’Orcia, on the slopes of Monte Amiata.
CCC is the winery's "super Cabernet", produced only in worthy vintages and in extremely limited quantities. It comes from an old parcel where Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Carménère coexist, blended together without a defined proportion. An identity choice that favors the expression of the vineyard over varietal precision.
The 2021 is the result of long macerations and a balanced aging between new and used wood. A deep and powerful red, yet at the same time dynamic and fresh, capable of combining concentration, elegance, and extraordinary aging potential.
Only 731 bottles produced.
