Campo ai Ciliegi takes its name from a small Syrah vineyard, planted in 1992 and naturally bordered, on the upper and side, by numerous wild cherry trees. Due to the delicacy of the skin and the late ripening period, generally in October, this wine is produced only in the best vintages.

The Campo ai Ciliegi by Buondonno is a full, rich and authentic red, combining intensity and measure. Soft and inviting, it naturally envelops the palate, unfolding a fine and velvety tannic texture. The finish is long but fresh, capable of keeping the sip dynamic and inviting, gracefully calling for another glass, sip after sip.

Maceration on the skins with repeated pump-overs and punch-downs and spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged in tonneau and barrique for 18 months.
