Bourgogne Chardonnay 2023 Château de Béru
The grapes were grown in Yonne at altitudes between 210 and 250 meters on clay-limestone soils and are hand-harvested at full ripeness, gently and slowly whole-bunch pressed, with spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, followed by 18 months of aging. The nose is soft and floral; it is fresh and creamy on the palate with a citrusy return, featuring notes of lime and pink pepper.
