Spontaneous fermentation, no fining or filtration, and minimal sulfur are the foundations of the style of the micro-winery in Saint-Romain, founded by Jean-Pascal Sarnin and Guillaume Berrux. The result is a crisp, mineral, and highly drinkable Chardonnay that expresses fruit and freshness without compromise.
