Still white wine, from Spergola grapes and a little Moscato, grown in silty-clay soils with low yields of 1.5 kg per plant. 3-day skin maceration, racking and 12 months aging in steel and a further 6 months in bottle. Scents of white fruits, apple, passion fruit, fresh and mineral.
