Bifaro Rosso - Calabria PGI 2022 Le Quattro Volte
Composed of Magliocco, Guarnaccia Nera, Greco Nero, Malvasia Bianca, coming from an old vineyard planted in 1960 and trained as a sapling; the grapes are harvested by hand and then pressed, remaining in contact with their skins for 3 days. The fermentation is spontaneous, without any chemical embellishment, while the refinement takes place in steel. The blend of different grapes planted in the same vineyard is now a fashion that belongs to the past, but in this case they can give great emotions for a wine with an inebriating drink, with aromas on the nose of pulpy and ripe fruit, sweet and juicy, with a deep red color and mineral and iodine sensations
