Vinificazione

Fermentazione spontanea con lieviti indigeni. Macerazione sulle bucce per circa 14 giorni. Affinamento per circa 10 mesi tra acciaio e anfore di terracotta, con battonage frequenti.
Profumo

The perfumes are very rich, moving between white flowers and wild flowers. With a little patience, earthy scents emerge, before closing with a beautiful salinity.
Gusto

On the palate, it is consistent and mineral, with a distinct saline note. Pronounced freshness provides a counterpoint to a fruity note.
