Barthélemy Bordeaux Côtes de Francs 2020 Château le Puy
The Barthélemy from Château le Puy is the flagship cuvée of the Amoreau family, born from a single parcel of exceptional character: Les Rocs, on a rocky plateau about 110 meters above sea level, on the same geological system as Saint-Émilion and Pomerol. The vines are 50 years old, cultivated biodynamically, and harvested strictly by hand.
A fleshy, concentrated wine with great structural elegance: ripe fruit, velvety tannins, and a mineral freshness that runs through each sip with precision and depth. The Barthélemy does not seek power for its own sake but builds complexity delicately, sip by sip.
