Attia Bianco is one of the most surprising expressions in the Etnella range. A pure Chasselas grown on the northern slope of Mount Etna, a territory where volcanic sands, temperature excursions, and altitude give the grape a completely new personality compared to its alpine origins. The aim is to highlight the crystalline purity of Chasselas and the saline minerality that the lava soil naturally imparts to the wines. An agile, vibrant white, perfect for those who love lean but not trivial wines.
