Vin noé is the project of Jonathan Purcell, a young and talented Californian winemaker. Jonathan was introduced to the pleasures of wine by his father, especially by tasting Burgundies from the 1940s and 1950s, and he quickly realized that when he grew up he would try to produce great wines. After gaining experience in Australia, South Africa and Napa Valley, Jonathan left for Beaune in 2012 where he began his viticultural training and found himself in the same class as Camille Lapierre, Alex Foillard and Yann Bertrand. Once graduated, he embarked on an impeccable career and moved up to the best: tractor driver at Martot then De Montille, wine merchant at Pacalet. He now has his own cellar in Saint-Aubin, and since 2020 he has been making Premier Cru wines that he took over as a negocían. A modern expression of Pinot Noir with fresh and ready-to-drink wines.
