There are 3 hectares of vineyards in total, one of which is in Gattaia at an altitude of 500 to 600 meters where 7,000 plants coexist including Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and 2,000 plants of a massal selection from old vineyards in Loire by Mark Angeli. The remaining part rests on clay soils between 200 and 300 meters and are two old vineyards from 1972 planted with Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Tempranillo, Trebbiano and Malvasia di Candia.
