In the heart of Franciacorta emerges SoloUva, a young winery that embodies a pure and uncompromising production philosophy. Born within the collective project TerraUomoCielo, conceived by Giovanni Arcari and Nico Danesi, this reality stands out for its clear artisanal and territorial identity.
Guided by the promising Andrea Rudelli, the company focuses on one and a half hectares of vineyard, cultivated entirely with Chardonnay. The name, SoloUva (Only Grape), encapsulates the very essence of its philosophy: for the production of its Franciacorta wines, Andrea does not use added sugars. By leveraging optimal grape ripeness, he ensures that both primary fermentation and the subsequent secondary fermentation take place using only the natural sugars of the must. This minimalist approach also extends to the final dosage, which is performed solely with grape must.
The result is Franciacorta Brut and Dosaggio Zero that frankly express their terroir. Each bottle tells a story of respect and authenticity, offering a vibrant tasting experience deeply connected to its region of origin.
