YESTERDAY: Ours is a small company with a well-founded winemaking tradition. Romolo, the company's founder, has always worked the family vineyards with extreme passion and meticulousness, and it was in the 50s that he decided to undertake the art of bottling his own wine, which until then had been sold exclusively to still renowned sparkling wine companies. And as in every tradition worthy of the name, the art is passed down to his sons, Oliviero and Gilberto, who with the same dedication passed on to them by their father have followed in their father's footsteps since their first steps in the world of wine, spending their main energies in the vineyards. Thus was born an indestructible union with a single illustrious objective, in one word: quality.

TODAY: Although the company has consolidated its production and evolved year after year, involving the new generations, it still maintains the same spirit of promotion, hospitality and family management, which is why every single member is involved in the production phases, from the vineyard to the winemaking. The vineyard for us remains something absolutely precious and intangible: we have made its constant and scrupulous care our philosophy of life. The cellar, although faithful to tradition, is equipped with technological and cutting-edge tools and machinery that require constant updating so that by intelligently exploiting these resources the wine reflects its naturalness and genuineness.
