Rimarts takes its name from Ricard Martínez de Simón, father of the current owners. It was he, in 1987 here in Catalonia, who began producing top-quality Cava, with exclusively manual processes, including disgorging. Today the company philosophy has not changed, in fact the passion for the land and its fruits and the respect for all natural processes have led the company to organic certification. The low dosages and the fine and elegant bubbles are the factors that unite every wine, and the Martinez Cava rosé is a shining example.
