Since 2002, Gianluigi Ravarini has been one of the rare testimonies that demonstrates how agriculture and viticulture in Franciacorta were an art lived both in the first person and by the community, as a passion and support for the family. His Franciacorta, a single wine (less than 3000 bottles/year), spontaneously fermented, without dosages and entirely the son of a single vintage (waiting at least 30/40 months on the yeasts), he proposes it again in limited quantities for another two years, extending the refinement and highlighting the evolving character of each vintage. A satisfaction, for us, to finally find a Franciacorta Artisan reality that, without fear and without following market rules, freely experiments with territory and vine hoping to transmit passion and lived agricultural culture.
