Kenjiro Kagami

An engineer by training, Kenjiro found a magnificent estate in Grusse, below Lons-le-Saunier. He calls it the kingdom of mirrors (Kagami means mirror and he likes the idea that his work reflects his image). He owns 1.5 hectares of Chardonnay, 1 hectare of Savagnin, 0.4 hectares of Poulsard and 0.20 hectares of Trousseau. Vines that he is proud of, full of flowers and aromatic herbs that he collects for his personal consumption. He vinifies in vats and barrels, without sulphur dioxide.
