François Rousset Martin

François grew up in Beaune, where his father worked as a microbiologist at the Hospices de Beaune. Frequent trips to Jura made him fall in love with the region and in 2007 he decided to take over the plots that his grandfather had vinified. The estate has 12 hectares, mainly in the Château-Chalon area, but only 5 of these are bottled; the rest is sold to the local cooperative.
