He settled here in Lugny in 1986 with a clear objective: to listen to nature rather than dominate it in order to reap the best fruit.
The fermentations are natural with native yeasts, colored by the seasons and lunar cycles to obtain a frank, sincere and unartificial wine, shaped only by its terroir that it loves so much.
