Domaine Renaud Bruyère & Adeline Houillon

Renaud Bruyère and Adeline Houillon cultivate just 3 hectares of vines in Pupillin, a small village emblematic of the Jura region. Both trained alongside Pierre Overnoy and Emmanuel Houillon, they pursue a pure and radical vision of natural wine: no chemical intervention, winemaking without sulfur, filtration, or added yeasts. The soils, composed of blue and grey marl, give the wines a unique tension, between depth and momentum. Extremely limited production, increasingly sought after, expressing the Jura terroir with crystalline precision. From mineral Savagnins to slender Poulsards, each bottle tells the story of a territory with grace and authenticity. Lively, vibrant, at times moving wines.
