Les Dolomies is located in Passenans, in the Jura. The estate was created in 2008 by Céline Gormally with the help and support of her husband Steve. First, she bought a plot of 1.44 hectares in the climate of Les Combes. At the same time, she works in other wineries and implements a system of vineyard rental contracts that hires families for 3 years to start her business. The “tenants” pay her in advance the amount of the wines they will receive the following year. In 2010, she devoted herself exclusively to the exploitation of her estate, which then extended over a total area of ​​3.65 hectares. Her vineyard is certified organic and uses biodynamic preparations.
