La Parcelle de Chevreux-Bournazel is the splendid property of Stephanie Chevreux and Julien Bournazel, purchased in 2012 and immediately cultivated following the Biodynamic method. The property extends for about 0.4 hectares in the western end of the Marne Valley, the area of choice for Meunier. At La Parcelle, cultivation takes place in total harmony with nature and the landscape: since 2012, no synthetic products have been used.
