Marco Minnucci began his winemaking career in Costigliole in 2010 and, in 2015, after meeting future partners, the Cascina San Michele farm was born.

The company's vineyards are all located in the municipality of Costigliole d'Asti between Langa and Monferrato and, at the moment, there are Barbera, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, Brachetto, Bonarda and Cortese.

The vineyards are worked according to organic farming, without the use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides and other products that could alter the normal vegetative cycle of the vines.

The goal is not to interfere too much with the work of the vine, but rather to help it express itself in the best possible way in each single vintage while maintaining an adequate yield.

In the cellar, no type of yeast is added to promote fermentation and no substance is used that could modify the characteristics of the wine; sulfur dioxide, at the time of bottling, is normally below half the limit imposed by law. The wines are not filtered.
