Casa Caterina is run by brothers Aurelio and Emilio Del Bono and their products are a hymn to craftsmanship in an area where there is a tendency to standardize winemaking and cultivation techniques. Belonging to a peasant family whose origins of settlement in the area date back to the 12th century, Aurelio and Emilio have in fact staked everything on a courageous choice, that of not joining the Franciacorta consortium and acting freely, without restrictions: making wine freely by creating Metodo Classico, without compromises.
