WE WORK TO GIVE VOICE TO A SIMPLE EQUATION: VINEYARD-PLANT-WINE. THE LAND! THE LAND! THE LAND!
A relatively new company in the world of natural wines, born from the passion and love for the land of Lorella Reale and Piero Riccardi, first year of production in 2013, Cantine Riccardi Reale is 5 hectares large and encompasses the two neighboring municipalities of Bellegra and Olevano Romano, very close to Rome. Lorella and Piero met working together in the world of television but in 2010, they realized the desire to preserve in Bellegra, Piero's homeland, the will to safeguard and carry forward the history of one of the typical vines of the area, Cesanese, one of the most important and native red wines of Lazio. The vineyard is worked in a biodynamic way, in continuous evolution with studies and comparisons with other winemakers, so that chemicals are never used, and aiming instead at an increase in soil fertility (through green manures and biodynamic preparations) in the belief that only in this way can we obtain good, healthy and whole grapes, from which to produce excellent wines, not only terroir wines but also enjoyable, digestible and obviously good.
