Basaltica was born from the slightly crazy idea of ​​three friends, incurable dreamers and madly in love with their land and its inebriating products who, moved by the sorrow of seeing their beloved Garganega increasingly marginalized and neglected, decided to create something that could highlight its true potential, thus giving it back the value it deserves. Basaltica wanted to gather the best of the experience gained by the winemakers of Gambellara, creating a new product that at the same time fully reflects an extraordinary territory of ancient volcanic origin, all seasoned with a healthy thought of sustainability, social involvement and constant innovation. The main objective is to produce healthy wines, respecting nature and its times, eliminating chemical interventions. With maceration, then, we want to transfer all the volcanicity and minerality of our hilly soils into the bottle. A certainly ambitious objective that also involves the use of modern analysis techniques and constant scientific research and innovation to guarantee the integrity of the final product.
