1701 Fraciacorta is the first biodynamic winery in Franciacorta : it produces sparkling wines and still wines inspired by the principles of clean and respectful agriculture of the territory and by a production philosophy that recovers the most virtuous and traditional traditions, with the aim of expressing the terroir and nature without tricks or artifices. It was founded by the two brothers Silvia and Federico Stefini together with a group of friends, recovering one of the oldest estates in the area and a 4-hectare vineyard, rediscovering and becoming passionate about a strong bond with rural traditions.
