Vieilles Vignes - Côtes du Jura Chardonnay 2019 Domaine Overnoy

A pure Chardonnay from a selection of a historic parcel of the domaine, cultivated for four generations. The vineyards show a great variety of ages, with vines ranging from 5 to 80 years old, an element that contributes to complexity and balance.

After manual harvesting, the must ages for at least 11 months in large barrels, creating an intense wine with a strong personality. A deep and structured Chardonnay, capable of expressing character and substance right away, but which finds its maximum expressiveness with a few years of aging, evolving towards greater complexity and harmony.
