The result is a sunny and marine white wine, with an intense straw yellow color and a broad olfactory profile: ripe yellow fruit, citrus zest, Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is taut, savory, with a saline minerality that evokes the nearby sea. Long and fresh finish, perfect for the table and for those who love whites with character.
