Musella’s Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso is an elegant, deep red wine with a rich, refined character. Soft and savoury, it is a very well-rounded wine with a good dose of freshness, velvety tannins and an intoxicating finish.

Vinificazione |
Spontaneous fermentation and 12-15 days of skin maceration in stainless steel tanks with periodic pump-overs. The wine is then "repassed" over the not-fully pressed Amarone pomace for another 10-15 days. Racking and aging for 12 months in old 3.5, 5 and 15 hl oak barrels. |
