Trousseau Côtes du Jura AOP 2022 Caveau du Val de l’Amour

The Côtes du Jura Trousseau by Sylvain Jacquot represents one of the most authentic expressions of Jura red wines. Made from vines about fifty years old, hand-cultivated in Cramans and the surrounding area of Arbois, this Trousseau retains the genuine character of the grape variety, known for producing subtle, spicy, and deeply territorial wines. Vinification occurs naturally, with spontaneous fermentations, delicate macerations, and aging in neutral wood and steel, without filtration and with minimal sulfur. The result is a fine and elegant red, combining crisp fruit, freshness, and a subtle tannic texture.
