Trait d'Union is the most intimate synthesis of Michele Loda's artisanal project: a rigorous and profound Classic Method, born from Chardonnay (40%), Pinot Noir (20%) and Pinot Blanc (40%) children of a difficult vintage like 2017. After a long stay on the lees, more than 5 years, this sparkling wine reveals a very fine and integrated bubble, complex notes of dried fruit, white flowers, light spices and flint. The sip is dry, vertical, savory and deep, with a surprising persistence. A wine of rare precision, which combines the tension of the territory with the sensitive hand of the winemaker.

Tutte le uve fermentate insieme con lieviti indigeni in acciaio (tot ensèma), ~8 mesi sulle fecce fini con batonnage ogni 20 giorni. Seconda fermentazione in bottiglia. Sosta sui lieviti ~60 mesi in catasta. Remuage manuale bottiglia per bottiglia, sboccatura a mano à la glace. Nessun dosaggio: rabbocco con lo stesso vino affinato sui lieviti. |
