Tango Atlantico 2023 Domaine Noëlla Morantin
Noëlla Morantin's Tango Atlantico is the estate's most structured and complex blend, a red that combines the depth of Côt with the elegance of Cabernet Franc on clay-flint soils in Pouillé. The name is a tribute to a Joe Jackson song, a rhythm that evokes contamination and encounters between different worlds: exactly what happens in this wine, where the two grape varieties are vinified separately and then blended after fermentation. Like all of Noëlla's cuvées, it is classified as Vin de France by conscious choice, rejecting the constraints of local AOC regulations.
