Sottobora Marche Rosso IGT 2021 Il Gelsomoro
Sottobora is Il Gelsomoro's deepest and most intense interpretation of Lacrima di Morro d'Alba. This wine comes from a small dedicated vineyard and interprets the grape variety with respect, without overemphasizing its aromaticity but guiding it towards greater complexity and depth. The vinification is spontaneous, with fermentation in steel and a long aging on lees in oak tonneau, followed by further rest in the bottle. A process designed to provide balance and structure, while maintaining the varietal identity intact. A distinctive, gastronomic red, capable of engaging with different cuisines without losing its personality.
