Sollazzo 2023 is exactly what its name promises: a young and fresh sparkling rosé wine with a lively and refreshing sip. Pleasant notes of grapefruit and blood orange make it perfect to open for carefree aperitifs with friends or informal fish dinners. It is born on the morainic hills of Bardolino, 165 meters above Lake Garda, from a blend of Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara and Sangiovese.
