Barbacàn's Söl is an intense and elegant red, made from Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca) grapes grown in the Valgella subzone, on terraced vineyards located over 500 meters above sea level. A wine that precisely expresses the finesse of mountain Nebbiolo, combining tension and grace.
In the glass, it presents a transparent garnet red color, with a refined and luminous profile. The sip is balanced, measured, and profound, capable of authentically and naturally telling the story of its territory.
