So San - Veneto IGT 2020 The Biancara by Angiolino Maule
The So San, a pure Tocai Rosso (Grenache) from the Colli Berici area (25 km south, in the town of Sossano), therefore with soil very different from the other vineyards of the estate; decidedly calcareous and clayey with white rocks of marine sedimentary origin. After harvesting in the first half of September, the grapes are pressed and fermented with the skins for about 15 days, then racked and placed for 24 months in 15 hl oak barrels.
